Tour Overview

This is the ULTIMATE BASKETBALL TOUR offering players the opportunity to visit the home of basketball, the United States of America, and experience all the best it has to offer.

Players will have the unique opportunity to see an NBA game, a US college game and a US High school game, as well as touring an NCAA Division 1 college campus. They will experience US coaching clinics, while competing against future college stars in games and scrimmages. They will be immersed in the culture of US basketball and live the basketball dream as never before.

As well as the basketball, they will take part in some amazing leisure activities such as visiting Disney World and a possible day trip to Daytona beach. This will be accompanied by fantastic shopping opportunities and the great food the US offers.

The tour will be an indulgence in high-level basketball, offer exceptional basketball development opportunities and be a tremendous team bonding experience, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

This tour is ALL INCLUSIVE, featuring:

• flights from London to Orlando
• US airport transfers and all in-tour transport
• hotel accommodation in the Orlando area
• all breakfasts and dinners
• attending NBA, US College and US High School games (schedule dependant)
• basketball practices, coaching clinics and games
• excursions to a US college campus and Disney World
• shopping opportunities at major shopping malls and outlets
• a BTM rep with you throughout the tour

Flight Details

Your flights will be:

• scheduled flights from a major London airport to Orlando

The flights will include a cabin bag and a hold bag.

All tour participants must organise their own visa. For UK passport holders this can be done by obtaining an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA). More information can be viewed at the UK Gov Website.

Accommodation

Your accommodation is provided by:

• A hotel based in Orlando

Prices are based on players and supporters sharing twin, triple or quadruple rooms.

Payment Plan

The tour payment plan is as follows:

• £195 deposit per person by 1 July 2021
• £500 interim payment by 15 November 2021
• £500 interim payment by 15 March 2022
• £500 final payment by 1 July 2022

Itinerary

This tour itinerary will be full of basketball and leisure activities. The players will have the opportunity to work with elite US coaches and play against high-level US opposition.

In addition to the basketball, they will get the chance to see an NBA, NCAA D1 and High School game, visit a University campus such as Florida Tech, experience a theme park, spend time in downtown Orlando, go shopping at outlets and malls and enjoy the delights of US food.

Health & Safety

We ensure the tour is safe and secure by providing:

• location specific risk assessments
• health & safety processes including traveling, hydration, heat, excursions, accommodation and basketball
• first aid procedures and kit requirements

We are an ATOL licensed tour operator and your tour payments are protected via trust accounts operated by Protected Trust Services (PTS). We have tour operator public and employee liability insurance which ensures your peace of mind with BTM as an organiser.
