Tour Overview

We are pleased to present you with the information page for the BTM U18 & U16 Boys Basketball tour to Milan, Italy in August 2023.

The tour will offer the players high-level games against Italian opposition, the opportunity to run team practice sessions, cultural & leisure activities that will educate and build unity between teammates and coaches and delicious food to create an experience of a lifetime.

The group will stay in the town of Borgomanero, situated near the famous Lakes of Maggiore and Orta, allowing easy access into Milan while enjoying the incredible scenery that Northern Italy has to offer.

We will train at College Prep, one of Europe's highest level basketball academies, which is home to numerous NCAA D1 level players and some of Europe's most respected coaches.

This tour package includes:

• return flights from London to Milan
• management of all pre-tour administration and communications
• airport transfers and in-tour transport in Milan
• 6 days / 5 nights in the town of Borgomanero
• all breakfast, lunch and dinners
• 3 team practices and 3 games against high-level Italian opposition
• sightseeing experiences in Milan, including Duomo Di Milano and San Siro Stadium
• a Lake Orta excursion
• leisure time at the local outdoor pool
• a BTM rep with you throughout the tour to ensure the tour runs smoothly and your experience is maximised

This tour package does NOT include:

• individual travel insurance
• any COVID testing costs

Accommodation

Your accommodation is provided by:

• A hotel in the town of Borgomanero, just outside of Milan with good access to key landmarks and amenities

The price is based on shared accommodation in twin or triple rooms. Single rooms can be requested at additional cost.

Itinerary

The prospective itinerary includes 3 team practices and 3 games against high-level Italian opposition.

Outside of the basketball we have included several sightseeing opportunities, including world famous city sights such as Duomo Di Milano and San Siro Stadium.

Our hotel location in Borgomanero is in close proximity to the gym, with easy access to Lake Orta and central Milan.
