What to Expect on the USA vs UK Showcase

Tour Overview

We are pleased to present you with the information page for the 3rd annual USA vs UK Showcase tour to London, England in July/August '25.

The tour will offer the players high-level games against UK opposition and the opportunity to take part in team practice sessions. Cultural and leisure activities will educate and build unity between teammates and coaches, delicious food throughout the tour will add to creating an experience of a lifetime and the hotel accommodation will be located near the city center with direct transport links into central London.

This tour package includes:

✅Management of all pre-tour administration and communications

✅VIP greeting & transportation from London Heathrow airport to hotel and all in-tour transport in London

✅8 days / 7 nights in a convenient and safe London hotel near UEL SportsDock basketball facility

✅Hearty British daily breakfast every morning at the hotel and 7 additional meals

✅2 team practices with college & pro coaches and 3 games versus top UK teams which are live-streamed for college coaches & family

✅Private open top bus tour visiting London's iconic landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the London Eye and more

✅A Tower of London guided excursion

✅A cable-car ride above the River Thames to the O2 Arena

✅A day excursion to Brighton on the South Coast of England

✅An opportunity to give back to the local community through running a youth coaching clinic

Flight Information

US-based Passport Basketball will advise on what flights to purchase in order to coordinate arrival around the same time in the UK to ensure efficient hotel transfers.

Hotel Accommodation

Your accommodation is provided by:

• The Holiday Inn Express - Excel with close access to key landmarks and transport links.
• The price is based on shared accommodation in double occupancy or family rooms (which have a double bed and sofa bed, sleeping three people).
• A discount is available for 3rd and 4th travel party members.
• Single room upgrades can be requested at an additional cost of $500.

Payment Plan

The tour payment plan is as follows:

• $2000 deposit by January 1st '25 to receive the early registration discount.
• The final balance is due at a time mutually agreed upon between you or your organization and Passport Basketball.
