The Process

Booking a tour with BTM is an easy and simple process. Follow the steps below to get started today!

1. 1

   Complete enquiry form HERE and customize your tour based on your team’s needs, requirements, and any special provisions. A BTM tour manager will be assigned to you at this time and respond within 24 hours.

   Call with the assigned BTM Tour Manager to finalize and discuss requests in detail and answer any additional questions you may have at this time.

3. 3

   Receive customized tour information page featuring indicative itinerary, quote and tour media.

4. 4

   Finalize itinerary and number of participants. Pay deposit to secure the tour at the quoted price.

5. 5

   Complete final payment (due 120 days prior to travel) and continue to work with your tour manager for any last-minute changes prior to departure.
